IAC valve adjustment may be required if the IAC valve has been removed and reinstalled.

TOOL:

• 5 points screwdriver

PROCEDURES:

• loosen the two bolts but do not remove them
• start the engine
• try to rotate the IAC valve
• rotating counterclockwise will decrease the RPM
• rotating clockwise will increase the RPM
• wait for the engine to warm enough then set the RPM to 900
• tighten the bolts
